Hello
Hi, I’m Kylie.
I’m a mother, a lifelong learner, and the heart behind The Iris Oracle. My interest in wellness did not begin in a classroom or with a perfectly planned career. It began during one of the most difficult seasons of my life.
My Story
MY WELLNESS JOURNEY
Years ago, after a long search for answers, I was diagnosed with late-stage chronic Lyme disease. By then, fatigue, brain fog, food sensitivities, pain, and other symptoms had changed nearly every part of my life.
Recovery was not quick, and there was no perfect roadmap. I began by returning to simple foundations and making small changes I could realistically repeat. Nutrition came first. Over time, my interests expanded into herbs, hydration, minerals, gardening, traditional practices, lymphatic health, and the many ways our everyday habits can support whole-person wellness.
That experience changed the way I view health. I learned that meaningful change does not always begin with a dramatic solution. Sometimes it begins with one glass of water, one nourishing meal, one moment of rest, or one small decision repeated consistently
WHY “THE IRIS ORACLE”?
The name The Iris Oracle grew from my fascination with the eyes and my study of holistic iridology. To me, the word “oracle” is not about predicting the future. It represents observation, curiosity, and learning to recognize the stories and patterns that may otherwise be overlooked.
My formal studies in holistic iridology are currently paused while I focus on my family, return to the workforce, and prepare to continue my education. This part of my journey is not over, but I do not currently offer iridology readings or services.
For now, The Iris Oracle is a place to explore foundational wellness through educational articles, personal experience, continued learning, and products I personally use or thoughtfully recommend.
WHAT I BELIEVE
I believe wellness has to exist inside real life, or it is not very useful.
I believe we can stay curious without becoming fearful, honor traditional wisdom while remaining honest about evidence, and make meaningful changes without chasing perfection or extreme protocols.
Most importantly, I believe you do not have to wait for a quiet season to begin. You can grow in the season you are already living.
The foundations do not ask for perfection. They simply ask you to begin where you are.
